who we are

We’re a team of highly creative and compassionate creative arts therapists, educators, and artists.

We believe that being seen, nurtured, and in community is instrumental to health and happiness — especially for older adults.

what we do

We run dynamic and enriching group programming targeting the five domains of health (physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, and social).

Throughout our programs, joy abounds, and mind and memory are stimulated.

  • "Steve engages our residents like no one I have experienced in 20 years. He holds their attention, and residents are thrilled when he uses their names. Steve is the whole package when it comes to connection."

Jayne Thompson, Woburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

  • "Yesterday was so good! The residents enjoyed it so much, even the ones I thought would be skeptical. They're still talking about it today.”

Ashley St. Pierre, Program Coordinator, Benchmark at Waltham Crossings

  • "It was out of this world, especially with the exercise to go with it. Never had it before. I've been in so many nursing homes over the years, but this was really the first time doing something like this."

    Joanie, age 107

  • "Thank you for the amazing work that you do. You are gifting our elders additional years of life, I am sure of that."

    Aya, daughter of participant

  • “Steve is a fireball of energy and enthusiasm. Residents start talking about his group hours before and make sure they get there to sing, work out, and engage. He's a perfect addition to our calendar.”

    — Gay Sheldon, Activity Director, Visiting Nurse Association

  • "Steve has been an instant hit. Even those who don't normally join have made their way to his program! Residents leave feeling happier and more positive. Everyone has been RAVING."

Marissa Wheeler, Resident Care Coordinator, NCDF

  • "The music experiences Steve brings are exceptional, interactive, motivating, and fun! I'm confident that when Steve is on the schedule, my residents will be enriched, physically active, and will have the cognitive stimulation appropriate for dementia activities. He is a true professional.”

Kelly Dee, Memory Care Director and Board-Certified Music Therapist

  • "How do you do what you do with music? I don't get it, but it's always the perfect thing, and I look forward to it all week!"

    — Janice, age 91
